Hygienic Standards Policy

Due to hygienic and health standards, hair extensions, closures, and wigs cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been worn, cut, or altered in any manner.

Eligibility for Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery only if the product is in its original unused condition, including all original packaging, tags, and nets.

Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong product or a defective item.
